S-4004 PU CONCRETE FLOOR PRIMER It is a polyurethane-based, single-component, transparent concrete floor primer that prevents moisture, dust and dampness, forms a very strong layer on the ground and acts as a moisture barrier.
It acts as a barrier up to 5 CM% moisture.
