(Cast Type Binder)
Definition
It is a single-component, polyurethane-based, multi-purpose binder and adhesive. It is a solvent-free SBR, EPDM rubber binder material for cast types. In order to bond EPDM rubber, SBR rubber and scraper granules together at high efficiency, the granules must be clean, free of chemical oils and thoroughly free of dust and soil.

It is water resistant, cures quickly in hot and humid weather, has a flexible structure, and provides excellent resistance to outdoor conditions
Application
Rubber SBR and EPDM rubber granules are mixed in a suitable mixer and mixed for 5-10 minutes in the Binder ratio (20%-25%). After this application, the mixture is poured into the finisher machine. Finally, the material can be applied to the surface at the desired thickness. To accelerate the curing of the product, it can be sprayed once with water vapor in spray cans
Warnings, Recommendations
Storage of the product should be done at room temperature.
Gloves should be used during application and contact with the body should be prevented.
If the product comes into contact with the skin, it should be cleaned with alcohol or acetone and then washed with plenty of water and soap. Do not inhale.
