Product Description
S-126 Europol Soil Primer is one component low viscosity polyurethane primer that dries by reaction with atmospheric moisture.
Properties
S-126 Europol Soil Primer promotes the adhesion of adhesive to existing concrete substrates.
It provides though, transparent film after curing. It has excellent mechanical properties and resistance against salt,
aging, acid, alkalis, water and most of the chemicals.
Application Areas
S-126 Europol Soil Primer is used as a primer before applying polyurethane and epoxy sealants and adhesives. It is suitable for
chemical and high abrasive proof coatings on metal, concrete and wood. It can be applied to the following substrates;
concrete, marble, terrazzo or ceramic tiles, various non-metallic substrates, FRP, plywood, timber and wooden
fixtures.

Density (20°C) : app. 1 gr/cm³
Pot-life (23°C) : 60-70 min.
Application temperature : Min 5°C
Curing (20°C and %50 relative humidity) : 3 hours
Color and odour : Brown transparent, solvent odour
Application Instructions
Apply the primer by roller or brush and do not form a thick layer. Wait 3 hours and not more than 24 hours before
applying the next layer. Apply the primer at temperatures between min. 5°C and max 30 C°C. do not apply on frozen
surfaces. Keep away the package from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid contact with different materials.
Usage
0,150-0,200 kg is used per m² (depends on the surface absorbance)

1 year under room conditions.

Important Notes
Substrate must be dry, clean, free from dust, grease and oil.
Cautions
Flammable liquid. May cause skin/eye/respiratory irritation. May cause skin sensitization after prolonger or repeated
contact. Ventilation of the working place is necessary. Beware of touching with bare skin and do not inhale. Use of
safety goggles and chemical resistant gloves is recommended.
